Become an Advanced Certified Disaster Response Missionary

We want to invite you to come attend our Iris Relief Leaders School. The school is this summer on the island of Puerto Rico. The purpose of the school is to train and equip Certified Responders to bring the hope and love of Jesus to others in times of crisis.

Iris Relief is a recognized international relief organization. This distinction allows us to send teams, as first responders, to minister in the power and love of the Holy Spirit.

Come, be a part of our Iris Family.

Here at Iris Relief our heart is to see you restored in your relationships with God and others, equipped with the tools needed to serve, and mobilized into the places God has prepared for you!

A core piece of our mission is to develop sustainable leaders. By becoming a leader in His kingdom, Christ gives you the capacity to ignite in others a passion to serve Him and spread His good news to the nations. We desire to create a culture of love and honor for one another. God has equipped each of us with unique gifts, and our desire for you is to recognize your gifts and use them to bring Him glory.

We yearn for students to learn God’s word, experience His presence and go forth in His power to minister to those in need. Jesus came with a ceaseless love for both the one and the masses. As His children we must do the same. Stop for the one, but believe for the multitudes.

It is with this motivation that we have established our 9-week Iris Relief Leaders School. The Iris Relief Leadership School will train and send you to respond to situations of crisis and disaster with the necessary qualifications. You will be equipped to develop and lead teams of disaster responders into impacted communities.

You will be qualified as an Iris Relief Level 3 (Advanced) Responder, a Deployed Disaster Spiritual Care Provider (Basic Responder), Community Emergency Response Team Leader, and a First Care Instructor.

Our program has been prayerfully developed to give you the tools needed to go out and serve Jesus in times of crisis and natural disaster.

We are thrilled to provide you with the opportunity to serve in the United States and Internationally. After completing seven weeks of leadership training in Puerto Rico, we will be traveling to Belize. While in Belize, we will be partnering with Kabod International https://www.kabodintl.org.

In Belize, you will have the opportunity to bring the good news of Jesus and participate in community preparedness projects, facilitate basic care training courses, and assist in emotional and spiritual care training. Training and outreaches will be catered to equip local people and organizations in disaster mitigation, preparation, and response.

Kabod International has been called to be a lighthouse to the nation of Belize. Kabod International has established the Sea Front Inn, a hotel, that is a place of ministry. They have an outreach café - the Boneville Café, a 24/7 prayer room, and the Boneville community Church.

Come be a part of what God is doing in Puerto Rico and Central America!
